Color-coded Progressive Resistance system allows users to recognize improvement as it happens, as you grow stronger you can move up to the next color. Heavy Green Bands are the 4th of 8 resistance levels, for rehab and medium level resistance. They offer 4.6 lbs. resistance at 100% elongation, a 25% increase from the previous color, and 6.7 lbs. at 200%. The band measures 5 feet long x 5" wide.
