Service Description
The Jump Start Recovery service at The Athlete's Spa is a powerful introductory combination of our Quick Stretch and Whole-Body vibration service which has been demonstrated to increase flexibility, relieve tension, improve mobility, and reduce pain. You will start with the whole body vibration plate for 15 mins before heading to the therapy room for a 30 minute fascia stretch session. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or tissue tightness has your muscles significantly locked up, this service can jump start your healing process to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Cancellation Policy
***IMPORTANT*** To confirm your appointment, you need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1500. You will receive an email with a link to make the payment. Please note that if you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, you will lose your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
